Instead of spreading attention across too many clients, Joel works closely with a small number of companies at a time to help them fill important roles with stronger candidates, better communication, and a more practical search process.
Why I built Machota Solutions
I built Machota Solutions because too many recruiting experiences feel transactional. Hiring managers get recycled candidates, poor communication, and very little honesty about what it will really take to make the hire.
I wanted to build something different: a boutique recruiting partner that stays close to the search, gives direct feedback, and treats every role like it actually affects the business, because it does.
